I develop institutional microfoundations for understanding how institutions make complex cooperation possible: how rules structure discovery, how legal and Institutional systems acquire credible capacity, and how societies build the foundations of liberty as agentic autonomy, self-governance as distributed rule-making and enforcement, and economic development through endogenous wealth creation and wider productivity diffusion.
