Prior to joining George Mason University, Ms. Getsey Bernier's experience spans program management in the fields of higher education, study abroad/international education, youth environment initiatives, national campus safety campaigns, academic success coaching, international economic development, and program management in various private sector and non-profit organizations.

Ms. Getsey Bernier is proficient in French, and has life experience, travel, and work experience in over 13 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
