Dr. Dina Rady is a professor of economics with over 25 years of teaching experience at Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt. Since moving to the United States in 2015, she has been a faculty member at George Washington University and American University in Washington, D.C. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics and two Master’s degrees in Development Economics. Her research focuses on economic development and reform policies, emphasizing the dynamics of growth, institutional reforms, and policy interventions in developing economies. Dr. Rady has received multiple awards for her teaching and research, including a nomination for “Professor of the Year” at GWU in 2018.
