Brian is a first-year PhD student in the Department of Economics and a PhD Fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He earned his BA in Economics from the University of Virginia, graduating in 2022. Brian's research interests include Constitutional Political Economy, Public Choice, and Economic History.
