Each year Kerri Serrano, Director of the Alexandria Summer Economics Institute, brings her high school students in the Summer Economics Institute to GMU for a field trip and lecture on the basics of economics delivered by one of our professors. This is a great opportunity for high school students to see our campus and get a taste of what a college economics lecture entails.
