Microeconomic analysis of health and medicine. Topics include the determinants of health, health externalities, health insurance, the health effects of medicine, the supply and demand of medicine, medical quality and regulation, and information asymmetries. May not be repeated for credit.
Recommended Prerequisite: ECON 103 and ECON 104 or permission of instructor.
