The College of Humanities and Social Sciences is proud to honor Gary M. Shiffman, MA Economics '01, PhD '02, with the 2022 Distinguished Alumni Award in Economics.
Shiffman is an economist who works to counter coercion and organized violence and to support others who do the same. He is currently founder and CEO of Giant Oak and co-founder and CEO of Consilient.
