In Vox interview, Koyama and co-author discuss their new book, How the World Became Rich

Mark Koyama, Associate Professor of Economics, has written a new book, How the World Became Rich, with co-author Jared Rubin,) Professor of Economics at Chapman University. 

In a recent Vox interview, they discuss the historical transformation that began in the 1700s, moving the world from extreme poverty to a period of sustained economic growth.  Listen to a podcast of the interview here (start at 1:00).
