Luai is a current PhD student at George Mason University working on his dissertation under Professor Richard E. Wagner. Luai's dissertation is focusing on the function of polycentric institutional frameworks that play a foundational role in facilitating the emergence of sustainable spontaneous-orders in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.
