Conor Norris is a Masters' student and a graduate research fellow for the Mercatus Center. He previous interned for the Cato Institute, in the Center for Monetary and Financial Alternatives. He has co-authored a Mercatus working paper and published an op ed in Real Clear Health on the Clinical Laboratories Improvement Act. Conor's areas of interest include monetary policy, financial markets, banking regulations, occupational licensing, and health care scope of practice.
Before attending George Mason, Conor attended Saint Francis University graduating with a BS in economics and minors in mathematics, finance, and history. He was raised in Williamsport, PA before moving to Arlington.
