The FSSO Conference to Honor the Lifetime Contributions to James M. Buchanan will begin today, Thursday September 9, at 4:00pm at the Mason Inn. The panel to start the conference will be chaired by former GMU Law School Dean Henry Manne, and will include remarks from Amartya Sen and Elinor Ostrom, as well as Professor Emeritus Buchanan. The panel will be immediately followed by the formal presentation of the FSSO award, and a reception.
