B.S. in Economics

In addition to fulfilling the University and CHSS general education requirements, for a bachelors of science in Economics, students must complete the following requirements below. (Some Gen Ed requirements will overlap with the required courses below. See Gen Ed for Economics)

Economics Courses (39 hours)*

Required (15 hours), ECON 103, 104, 306, 311, 345
Electives (24 upper division credit hours)

Related Required Courses (15-20 hours)

Calculus (4 to 8 hours) Math 113 and 114*
Statistics (4 to 6 hours), OM 210 or STAT 250 and 350, STAT 362 or ACCT 203
Information Technology, IT 103
