At least 3 weeks or more prior to the date of your defense, you must contact the Graduate Coordinator with your defense information and abstract of your dissertation. This information is submitted to the college to satisfy the requirement that a dissertation is announced to the university community at least 2 weeks prior to the date of defense.
If this information is not submitted at least 3 weeks prior, you will not be allowed to defend.
