Peter T. Leeson is BB&T Professor for the Study of Capitalism at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University and Associate Editor of the Review of Austrian Economics. Professor Leeson was formerly a Visiting Fellow in Political Economy and Government at Harvard University and the F. A. Hayek Fellow at the London School of Economics.
